• The works entails the phased installation of the following Civil Services;
• Bulk and internal Sewer network which includes siphon, inverted siphon and a pipe bridge;
• Bulk and internal Water network with pressure regulating valve;
• Bulk and internal paved and asphalt roads;
• Stormwater network including gabion channel.
